2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or via store credit

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
For cash-on-delivery orders, eligible refunds will be provided via mobile wallets or bank deposit.
